3. Reimbursement Policy

Balance Optimization Group is committed to fair handling of requests. Guidelines vary by offering type.

3.1 Services

For consultations and scheduled sessions: Requests for reimbursement must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Approved requests will be reimbursed within 14 days via the original transaction method. Sessions may be rescheduled once within 30 days at no extra charge. Cancellations fewer than 48 hours prior or missed sessions are not eligible for reimbursement due to allocated preparation time.

3.2 Info Products

Digital courses, guides, and downloadable content: Eligible for reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if no more than 25% of the content has been accessed. To request a reimbursement, contact us through our contact form with purchase details. Approved reimbursements are processed within 7 days.

3.3 Goods

Physical items sold through bilantierra.com: If items arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photographic evidence via our contact form. Approved cases will be issued a prepaid shipping label for sending the item back and a full reimbursement upon receipt and inspection. For non-defective items, s are available within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

We may update these terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted online and effective immediately. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
